North Hills Villas, A Community Project of LA NHS
In an effort to increase the supply of affordable, single family homes in the greater Los Angeles area, LA NHS undertook the development of the North Hills Villas. The development is located on the corner of Rayen and Burnet Avenue in North Hills, CA 91343. Click here for directions.
The North Hills Villas are conveniently located near the 405 freeway and public transportation with a MetroLink station five minutes away. Children thrive at the local public schools. The Rosa Parks Learning Center (K-5) recently opened and it is adjacent to the development. Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Real estate will play a pivotal role in the LA NHS effort to contribute to the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) initiative. The initiative consists of acquiring, rehabilitating and reselling abandoned and foreclosed homes in target neighborhoods. Municipalities across the county are participating. The objective of the project is to stabilize neighborhoods with significant potential to ward off declining home values, and increases in crime and blight.
